The records reviewed by CGN connect Illuminaughty-branded entities to James Rothschild and Randall James Rothschild, names associated with multiple Indiana business filings using Carmel, Fishers and Zionsville addresses. CGN News also reviewed public LinkedIn materials showing 2LT Emily J. Riggle, an Indiana Army National Guard officer, listing Rothschild Group as her employer and “Administrative & Operations Officer” as her job title.

An internal Indiana National Guard source with knowledge of the matter told CGN News that the Guard received a complaint concerning Riggle’s adult-business connections and conducted an investigation. CGN News is not identifying the source because the person was not authorized to speak publicly.
Riggle did not respond to a request for comment.
A public-facing adult business with Indiana records
Illuminaughty’s online retail presence presents the brand as an adult-products business. The site markets adult toys, accessories, lingerie, BDSM products and related merchandise. Public LinkedIn materials reviewed by CGN show Emily Riggle associated with Rothschild Group. Public search results for Riggle’s LinkedIn profile identify Rothschild Group as her listed experience, and Rothschild Group’s public-facing company materials list Emily Riggle among its employees. LinkedIn materials show a public-facing employment connection between Riggle and Rothschild Group, a company whose public materials place it in the broader business environment surrounding the Illuminaughty network.
CGN News also reviewed source communications that connect Riggle to both the adult retail side of Illuminaughty and the creator/model-management side of the business. Those communications reference an online AI-model persona identified as “Victoria Steeele.”
CGN News is not publishing the source’s identity or private contact information. The source said the matter was also submitted to the Indiana Army National Guard.
Internal Guard source says complaint was received
An internal Indiana National Guard source told CGN News that the Guard received a complaint concerning Riggle’s adult-business connections and conducted an investigation.
That account places the matter inside the Guard’s internal review process. It also raises a clear public-interest question: whether a commissioned officer’s outside business ties involving adult retail, adult model management or OnlyFans-related marketing were disclosed, reviewed or cleared through appropriate military channels.

CGN News also reviewed public court materials concerning Randy Ray Wright, a name connected in source materials to Randall James Rothschild through later name-change proceedings.
Court records reviewed by CGN show that in 2015, prosecutors filed charges against Randy Ray Wright in Delaware Circuit Court 1, including Level 6 felony intimidation, Level 6 felony criminal confinement, Class A misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury, Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct. The video is significant because Banx Management is an Australia-linked OnlyFans management agency associated with Michael Noicos, and public Banx materials describe the company as an OnlyFans management operation. CGN’s review of the source-provided materials shows that Illuminaughty’s model-management activity was connected to a wider adult creator-management ecosystem involving training systems, model acquisition, account growth, content monetization and agency-style management.
Australian media also reported that a Banx Management job advertisement referenced methods similar to Tate’s before that reference was removed. Tate is one of the most controversial figures connected to online masculinity, influencer marketing and the adult-content economy. His name carries public significance because prosecutors have accused him of crimes tied to alleged trafficking, coercion and online exploitation.
Reuters reported that British prosecutors authorized 21 criminal charges against Andrew and Tristan Tate. Andrew Tate faces 10 charges in Britain, including rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking and controlling prostitution for gain, related to three complainants.
