No arbitrator, mediator, court, or other decision-maker may consolidate claims or conduct any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative proceeding unless both you and CGN News expressly agree in writing or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights or rights that cannot be restricted under applicable law.

29. Small Claims and Consumer Rights Savings Clause

These Terms supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the website and services, except for any separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of CGN News.

34. Survival
